Great stay and staff

We stayed four nights last December, it was a very nice stay, especially the service from the desk staff: King, Tar and Run provided all the help and information needed with great courtesy and professionally. They also helped us to plan the trip to Phi Phi Island through their affiliated partner. The hotel is nice, a very pretty rooftop with bar and pool, and location is convenient with a shuttle service to the nearest Bang Tao beach. Breakfast service is also good, a slight renovation to the bedrooms would be a great improvement, but we are overall very satisfied.

Ok for a quick one night stopover but otherwise don't go if on holiday

OK for a quick stop over but certainly not a beach/holiday hotel/resort. This is a city/town centre type hotel. Most staff are friendly enough. The lay out of the roof pool area means there are few loungers and you can't get much shade from parasols.There is land being cleared next to the hotel - I assume there will be building works going on soon. Be aware that when they take a deposit on your card when you arrive but they don't take the deposit amount off the balance when you settle your bill (they charge you for the full spend and then refund your deposit in a "7-10 days")! I've never had that at any hotel and wasn't given any option - my card was taken out of my hand and the full bill charged to it!
