This resort is located in a privileged location, overlooking the Andaman Sea and Klong Muang Beach. Guests are within about 5 minutes' walk of the beach, 10 minutes' walk of restaurants and bars, and 20 minutes' walk of shops. The centre of Krabi can be reached in around 20 minutes by car, whilst nearby attractions include Hong Island, Poda Island, Bamboo Island and Phi Phi Island, which are approximately 7, 20, 30 and 45 minutes away by public transport respectively. Krabi Bus Station is a 25-minute drive from the hotel and Krabi International Airport is approximately 35 km from the accommodation, or a 30-minute drive away.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, kayaking and snorkelling or, for a fee, diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Stayed for 5 nights in June 2026. Enjoyed every bit of it. I had misplaced my luggage. The staff at the receiption especially Boom and Vini coordinated with the taxi driver to get the bag delivered at the hotel. Great property for kids to enjoy.     Sofitel Krabi is an absolute MUST!!! 5 star luxury service. We booked the 7 island tour through concierge and See, Nick and Mud were absolutely amazing and saw to our every need! They were so flexible and made sure we crammed in as much snorkeling as we could. The resort is a 5 star luxury dream. This resort has gone above and beyond what I was expecting. The staff are so welcoming, warm and see to all of your needs. A huge shout-out to Christopher. We loved talking with him and his tips about Ao Nang and the Tiger Temple were appreciated. Say hi to Christopher if you see him. I would book this resort again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended. The breakfast buffet is amazing... There's a whole room devoted to bread and grain.     We had a wonderful experience at the resort and spa. The service was excellent and the entire family feels relaxed and well cared for. A special thanks to fern who was an exceptional therapist . She paid close attention to my concerns and tailored the massage perfectly. Her skill , professionalism and caring attitude made a huge difference.
