    Had a wonderful stay at Amanor Chiang Mai for my solo trip. All the staff that I’ve encountered with were extremely professional, polite and very hospitable. I also enjoyed a free upgrade to a suite during my stay which came as a pleasant surprise. However I do think there’s a funny smell on the pillow cases, despite changing my pillows, that smell was still there. Special shoutout to Noon and Goi, the receptionist that handled my check out gracefully. Khun Noon especially, was exceptionally attentive during our interactions. Khun Note, the hotel attendant, was also very helpful with my luggage and he speaks very good English. Thank you Amanor again!

    My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a premiere suite, which has an outdoor private tub included. The hotel is well maintained, clean, quiet, and beautiful. Staff is kind and professional. We scheduled a private transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was very affordable and handled smoothly. They offer in-room massages at very reasonable prices. The surrounding area is adorable, with trendy shops and restaurants/bars. Starbucks and 7-11 are within walking distance, for those who aren’t feeling adventurous. It’s really an excellent place all around.

    Check-in experience was pleasant. Staff assisted with luggage outside of the entrance and brought us into the lobby. During the check-in process, we indulged in coffee and lemon water in the upscale environment. Staff has been very friendly and helpful with queries as well, such as location of facilities and surrounding amenities. Huge kudos to Yo, Pang and O for the thorough assistance and care throughout our stay. Will definitely be recommending Amanor as the place to stay in Chiang Mai.
