Fantastic location, walking distance to Sala Daeng BTS - 10 min. 2 min away is Tops for basic provisions. Close by restaurants - Naga, Plu, Baan Kanitha and many others. 2 minutes walk to Let's Relax (massage) and 7 Eleven for general provisions. Big comfortable rooms with a good sized balcony. We stayed on the 27th floor, so the view was fantastic. Polite staff. Few things didn't work initially - AC in the bedroom was not cooling - immediately sorted, Main door was opening without a key card from outside - immediately fixed. The staff was extremely helpful and arranged a grab taxi each time we requested. Smoking not allowed on balconies or within rooms, smoking area is on the ground floor. Hot water shower - wait for a few minutes, let the water run and then you get hot water. Quiet, peaceful and value for money. One of the best in town

One of the best in town in terms of :Location, price, service, room and place.Our stay here was a really great start!Amazing pool, breakfast, room we got the appartment and it came with a really cheap price for 2 nights.General service and room is great.Food at dinner great.Gym super!The style is a bit too old, and my question is why they dont renovate it a bit and invest in such a beatiful place.In some years if they dont modernize it it will collapse behind many other old one that refuse to make changes.But for now great place at a very economic price! Stayed here for 1 night on a quick visit to Bangkok from a Cruise. Booked hotel on line. On arrival [early] we were allocated a free upgrade to an apartment which was nice. Apartment was very clean and perfect for us. Staff were delighted to help, both at check in and out. Breakfast was good. Very near the centre so perfect for visiting and getting around. To start with the positives, the room was larger than expected, the AC worked beautifully, and the bed was comfortable!However, the shower and bathroom were honestly not up to par. The shower head was covered in mold, the walls seemed to be falling apart, the shower door didn’t close all the way, and the toilet seat was horribly off center which created a strange experience. And there were bugs in the light fixtures The staff were mostly friendly though they did treat us with a slightly cold indifference. Spacious suites in Photos, Cramped in Reality

I stayed at Urbana Sathorn for 6 nights, booking the Horizon Suite category (promised 72 m²). The location is convenient – within easy reach of Lumpini Park, central Bangkok attractions, and with taxis and tuk-tuks readily available right outside. The suite offered a separate living area and basic kitchen amenities, which is helpful for longer stays.However, the overall experience didn’t fully match the advertised luxury standard. The suite felt smaller than the photos suggested and WAS in fact well over 20 m² smaller than promised (≈30% short by my measure)Some areas of the hotel are showing signs of wear. Service was polite but not consistently attentive, and small details that elevate a 5-star experience were missing.The pool area does offer a nice view over the city, and the gym is well equipped. For guests seeking a centrally located, apartment-style stay with extra space, Urbana Sathorn can be a practical choice – just arrive with realistic expectations about the property’s age and finish.
