Perfect base for exploring Bangkok! Clean rooms & great location

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for the authentic Bangkok experience. The staff are polite and welcoming, and the rooms are spotlessly clean.The Executive Room is definitely worth it—very comfortable and features a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. While the pool is a little small, the view makes up for it. The only downside was that the rooftop bar is currently closed; it would have been the perfect spot for dinner and drinks.The location is unbeatable with plenty of activities around the hotel. Chinatown is just a 15-minute ride, and One Bangkok is a quick 5-minute walk.

Old hotel in the Sathorn area next to Lumpini Park. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Basic breakfast. Very small pool. Not very well maintained but passable for the price.

Lovely hotel stay for 4 nights. Extremely clean. comfortable room. good buffet breakfast choices. friendly staff. Nice pool with loungers & pool towels. Good location for MRT to get to anywhere in Bangkok. Good value for money.

I had a terrible experience when checking in today.I arrived at the hotel lobby at 2pm and asked reservations three times if I could get a room. All the staff could ask for was my passport and to sign the check in form. It was only when I asked again that the general manager who was sitting there from the beginning got up and stated I was being disrespectful. It was only then when she rudely stated that check in was at 3pm. If this could have been clearly conveyed in the beginning this matter world not have escalated to this level.I also requested a room with a view and found another staff had to help his colleague. I realised then that the staff are not proficient in English.When I asked for a luggage tag to keep my suitcase in the lobby again no answer. Again I had to repeat my request when the rude woman again said I'm making her staff nervous. If I had to deal with the staff only again this problem would not have escalated.I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok as I'm a frequent traveller but never have I experienced this problem.

Good location as a base, however…For a week I’ve been sleeping a maximum of 4 hours a night. The noise is so bad it feels like I’m sleeping in the middle of a four-lane road all night.
