Worst possible customer service. Had an early check in for which i had called and requested 3 days back. They agreed and made a note. But when I have landed with a child and luggage early morning I was asked to pay 1500 Thai Bath for 3 hours. I mean how does it make sense and clearly they don't care about customer or feedback. The front desk lady was so adamant and rude - refused to understand or help. Definitely my last stay here Night Hotel Bangkok, General Manager at Night Hotel Bangkok - Sukhumvit 15, responded to this review Dear Nidhi Sinha,Allow us to clarify to the readers with full details as same we did already to the review you left on Google1) We did inform you by email regarding check-in time procedure as you sent us an email on 29 May (sent by your husband) and we replied/informed check-in time is 2pm and if you come earlier we do have option Early check-in with an extra fee. You didn't reply to this email. We kept the email if you need evidence so what you said "They don't inform about early check-in - they don't care about customer" is false!2) Your reservation was made for 1 night stay with arrival on 2nd June and check-out 3rd June. You came to check-in at the hotel at 12am on 1st June and asking for check-in 1 night earlier. We informed you upon arrival that if you wish to check-in now we need to charge you 1 more full night stay. You declined and requested to pay early check-in fee 1,500THB net and we gave you special benefits as we let you check-in at 6am instead of 8am as per our policy for Early Check-In.Then your reservation remained for 1 night stay only.3) at 9pm on June 2nd you put "make up room" sign and asked to have your room fully cleaned. We informed you we do not fully clean room when 1 night stay and also we do normally full room cleaning up to 6pm.However for your room at 9pm the housekeeper changed your garbage bin and replaced your towels.4) Also you shouted at the team and being very rude with them.5) we don't really understand what you intended to tell by writing "Its best for those looking to get visitors by the hour as I saw the service staff really helping them"??6) It would have been a more honest review if you would have shared full details of the story to let the readers make their own judgment instead of just putting false information and even being defamatory against our hotel.The NIGHT Hotel Team

It’s a bit each way - but we like it

The Night Hotel in Sukhumvit is a different hotel - in fact it’s two hotels across the road from each other, which can be a touch inconvenient depending on which hotel you’re staying.For example, the roof top bar and pool which are excellent, are in a different building to the restaurant so if like us you were staying in the hotel with the restaurant you had to leave the hotel, cross the road with your swim wear and go into the other hotel. It’s weird and a bit annoying.Other than that, location great, rooms fantastic, shower prsssure and temperature perfect, bed comfortable.Like most hotels though, I can never understand why there is only one space to place your luggage when most couples have two bags. So one always ends on the floor. I don’t understand why. Breakfast buffet fantastic and all staff from front desk to wait staff deserve complimenting.All in all, I would recommend this hotel, especially if like us you jagged a terrific discounted rate. I’m not sure if you paid the full proper daily rate it would be good value. We are actually staying for another couple of nights on our way home from this trip. So we are looking forward to it. Super Service from Ken at Night Hotel

Night Hotel on Soi 15 is a wonderful place to stay. Such a convenient location and I had the pleasure of enjoying a fabulously spacious room. Staff are super friendly and a special mention to Ken on the desk in Building 1. He went above and beyond to help me retrieve my phone from a taxi and to offer to post my postcards himself for just the cost of the stamps. Can't thank you enough Kenny. Fantastic service.
