  The reception grumpy face , they aren't smile and not say Hi to customer . Room very small and also the toilet , the shower not have a hot water , the toilet tap was rust and dirty , stuff in the shower didn’t fill up . It’s unbelievable old fashion , if you look for a nice hotel don’t bother to go there . Only one thing that ok was a big fridge . พนักงานต้อนรับหน้าตาบูดบึ้ง ไม่ยิ้มแย้ม และไม่ทักทายลูกค้า ห้องพักและห้องน้ำมีขนาดเล็กมาก ห้องอาบน้ำไม่มีน้ำร้อน ก๊อกน้ำในห้องน้ำขึ้นสนิมและสกปรก แชมพูและครีมอาบน้ำไม่เติม ห้องเก่ามาก ถ้าคุณมองหาโรงแรมดีๆและสะอาด แนะนำอย่าไปที่นี้ สิ่งเดียวที่ดีก็คือตู้เย็นขนาดใหญ่

  The hotel was simply far away for any particular shopping and attraction area in Bangkok. One of the coolest thing was so many good food near the hotel. The room was fine. The communication with the staff was hard. Too bad they didn't speak english well..

  There are only two good points about this hotel. The soft bed and the good location. On arrival the only greeting I got was "passport' and a demand for 200 baht for keycard deposit. The room was basic but adequate, it had a lack of electric sockets. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom which was simply- filthy. There were spiders, cobwebs, flying insects and dirt everywhere, starting on the roof and down the walls. There was dirt between the tiles which was easily removable with a tissue, so I am wondering why it had not been cleaned. The toilet drain area had dirt and hair and possibly had maintenance before as the cover was off and a rubber washer discarded next to it. When we turned on the air-conditioner, a handful of black dirt was ejected. The hotel has a huge number of Chinese tour groups staying there and almost 24 hours a day you can hear them shouting and banging doors. A new group arrived at 0530 and it all started again. plus there were no empty tables at breakfast, so I had to return later and found the selection catered largely to the Chinese (rice and boiled cabbage for example). A taxi driver confirmed that there were a huge amount of bag thefts in the area carried out by motorcyclists, so we had to be extra vigilant when outside the hotel. At checkout, the same unfriendly service. And after taking back the keycards, all they said was "sign here" for the 200 baht keycard deposit back. Would I stay here again? Not even if it was free.

  The room was clean and spacious for the price we paid.However the breakfast wasn't as good.It is located 20 minutes away from Chatuchak Weekend Market but it is located in a remote place where there is no accessibility of nearby trains or buses.Thus, we had to cab out to nearest train station if out of budget.Better to go for somewhere in Pratunam city.

  Beautiful hotel, needs service improvement

  We stayed in this hotel this April. Loved the room and amenities provided, however it was very difficult for us to communicate with the staffs as they barely speak any English. Hard to order food and wrong food was served twice, but there wasn't much we could ask for as nobody could understand what we talk. Very less food options and room service not available 24 hours and most of the nights we had to either starve or get something from the only good mart close by "7Eleven". The male staff at the reception doesn't have any manners, was lying down on the chair when we first approached. The girls at the reception try very hard to help us, but couldn't do much as they didn't speak English well. Not much information and recommendations were shared due to this reason, the breakfast served was average, and having only a limited food options was a huge disappointment. No services available for early arrivals, not even for refreshing. Wifi quality was great though and loved the room setup. Thanks to all hardworking housekeepers and security, they did an amazing job. Sad that we couldn't express much in person, but hope that the management would pass the same to the team. Please do consider hiring staffs with good English and provide 24 hour room service with wide selections. For now, we would say the hotel is average. Not highly recommended.
