Poor breakfast experience

Did not stay but attracted to try their buffet breakfast on 28th morning at 9am. One side of the chaffing dishes with induction maintained hot but the food on other side with sterno were cold where no one replaced them or even started with one maybe. This is unacceptable for a Accor manages hotel where breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
