    The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the BTS station and in the center of Bangkok. Every day, I was able to walk easily to Siam Paragon and many famous food streets, which helped me save a lot on transportation costs. in side the Hotel also has seven elevent.The room was clean, refresh every day for me. The staff were friendly, professional, and courteous throughout my stay. especially thank Sam from the Concierge team. He was very helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived for check-in until the day I departed.     Despite the booking being made through MakeMyTrip, the hotel denied entry to a mother and her child, forcing MakeMyTrip to cancel the reservation and issue a refund. I had seen terrible reviews about the property, but I still went ahead because I assumed that, as an international chain, they would uphold basic standards of service and decency. Clearly, that expectation was misplaced. Refusing a room to a mother and child late at night is not just unacceptable — it is disgraceful conduct.
