Worst Old Staff Head Ever

Only just good location but the most terrible staff head. No wonder bad retail development in the building. Kid friendly hotel, helpful staffs, this hotel is near BTS so it's very easy to reach there, good breakfast, the room was clean but need some renovation, the shower temperature is too hot or too cold sometimes,the room is not sound proof but not too noisy, I recommend to book direct on their website.

Especially clean and nice hotel! The room was very spacious. Breakfast had multiple options, mostly Asian dishes. The location is excellent, near Lumbini park and BTS station. There was some noise from the street, but that was expectable due to the location. The customer service was remarkable. Thank you so much!

Locked out of room after room lock malfunctioned

Stayed here for three days and two nights in December 2025. Family of 4, with two young children under 5. We had checked reviews of this place prior to booking, and we weren't expecting anything stellar, but neither were we expecting so many things wrong with our stay either. The room being spacious and the staff being thoughtful enough to prepare an additional bed without any prompting were probably the only good things about it.While the room had windows, the curtains opened up to a building inches away so we couldn't get any natural light. We requested for a room on a higher floor but they told us even a room on the 8th floor had exactly the same view in the wing we were given. How high would I need to go to escape the concrete slabs of the next door building? There was one measly aircon unit which didn't cool the entire room. There were some spots directly under the aircon which was so cold, and other spots like the toilet which was unbelievably hot and stuffy. The aircon was also spoilt when we came in (the vent couldn't swing). Someone came to rectify the angle which the vent was placed, but it still couldn't swing to aid in the cooling of the room. Probably worse of all, the room we stayed in mysteriously malfunctioned while the family was out shopping and we were locked out of the room, so we couldn't get our young children into bed for their afternoon naps. The staff rectified the problem promptly, but I think it just speaks to the age of the hotel and the age of the technology the hotel used for it's doors. Additionally we also discovered that if you wanted to use the hotel safe, you needed to request for someone to open it, something I've never had to do at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Overall quite a terrible experience. Would not come here again despite the really awesome location.

Well, where to start, what a dump i give this hotel 10 out of 100.Old rooms in need of a renovation, its very noisy due to proximity to busy roads and train station.My bed smelt of urine, the tv only had 1 english station Al Jazeera, if you like that sort of entertainment. The staff on the reception were rude and unhelpful, particularly the manager, I use that word "manager" very loosely.All in all avoid this hotel at all costs.
