  We had a lovely stay. The staff were amazingly helpful with our lost luggage. The location was very central and the pool was bliss. It was surrounded by traffic but you wouldn't really notice and the location and staff were amazing

  Quirky unusual boutique hotel, we like it!

  I’m currently at this boutique hotel and having a very pleasant experience.It’s a bit quirky and unusual, it’s kind of under a flyover that the trains speed by on and beside a busy road but screened by trees enclosing a picturesque pool area.The hotel is near to many of the places you might enjoy in Siam…Central World and the Paragon Mall, MBK centre etc are all a 15/20 minute walk away and there is a Seven Eleven nearby over the bridge for any bits you might needWe were celebrating our anniversary when we arrived and the room was decorated in a romantic way….the room itself was clean and spacious with everything we needed.There is a fridge and extensive mini bar, big freestanding bath and Japanese style toilet plus a lovely shower.There is fast and efficient wifi and the staff are friendly and helpful.The breakfast is a buffet affair and has a blend of traditional Thai food and western fayre, everything is presented well and the bread is particularly delicious.I would prefer a traditional toaster as the multi purpose grill/oven takes a bit of time but that is a minor quibble.We have enjoyed watching the fish in the pools and squirrels in the trees outside the restaurant.We are on the fifth floor and it’s fun seeing the trains whizz by our window, we haven’t been disturbed by the traffic although you can hear it.We would stay here again, it’s quite different to many of those corporate samey places and all the better for that. Recommended!

  We recently stayed at the Hua Chang Heritage hotel in Bangkok from 14-19 November and 27-29 November.I wanted to say how thankful we are for the amazing service of all the staff at your excellent hotel.In particular :Chef Bombay - Pairos Prapairuk - amazing food!Khun Paisan (Bank) - amazing service and help!Khun Wararat (Aor) - amazing service and help!Khun Pantira (Angel) - amazing service and help!All the bar and restaurant staff - amazing service!The hotel is close to cheap, fast river taxi to the Golden Mount and Golden temples. It’s 400 metres from the Siam Paragon and MBK Center shopping malls. MBK amazing for factory outlet athleisure wear. It’s also really close to 2 MTS stations for both lines. The pool was great, the breakfasts amazing and the staff super helpful and friendly.

  The worse hotel I even seenThe rooms smells like 💩 and sewage not hygienicThe bedsheet was stitchedDon’t believe the picture which they post itNo AC in corridor only in rooms and lobbyIt’s not as per the hotel standards local chain and they don’t knowI cancel my booking and they said they will cancel and refund my money but they didn’t more than 4000 USDDon’t be fooled and go to this hotelWhen I asked them how old is this hotel they told me 13 but looks like 100 yearsA lot of seepages in room and the ceiling are brokenI just complained on them and waiting for authorities response.These are some pictures cause I couldn’t stay more because of the smell and the room viewsDon’t be fooled and book there not worth it at all Huachangheritage Hotel, Marketing at Hua Chang Heritage Hotel, responded to this review Dear 263rashedk,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   Strange Hotel Experience, but Great Location 😕📍

  I booked Hua Chang Heritage Hotel because it was listed as a 5-star hotel on Agoda. But honestly, this is not a luxurious hotel. I don’t even think it deserves 4 stars.The building is old, the hallways are dark, and the elevator smelled really bad. It was also very hot inside the lift because there was no air conditioning. 🥵The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom was very strange. There was no real wall separating the bathroom from the bed area — only a sliding partition. So the bathtub felt like it was in the middle of the room 🛁, which made it feel uncomfortable and not private. The curtain in the room also looked cheap.The swimming pool was also disappointing. It looked a bit dirty, quite small, and the shape/design felt odd. 🏊‍♀️ I didn’t feel like using it at all.Breakfast was just okay — nothing special. 🍽️ Just standard items, not what you expect from a 5-star hotel.To me, this didn’t feel like a proper hotel. It felt more like a big house with many rooms rented out to tourists. The whole place gave me a strange feeling.However, the staff were very friendly 😊 and helpful, and the location is really great. It’s in the Siam area, so it’s easy to walk to MBK, Siam Paragon, and other nearby shopping malls 🛍️. That was the best part of staying here.If you are booking this hotel because of the “5-star” label, I recommend managing your expectations. The photos online look nice, but the real experience was disappointing.
