Very good hotel and service and breakfast / Very bad quality fridge in room

Fridge in room is very low quality, no temperature setting switch, hot inside, no extra freeze, (bottles on the desk out of the fridge at the same temperature than in the fridge). Chocolate melting in the fridge, can't keep basic food fresh, can't keep medicine that mandatory must stay fresh in the fridge. Very low quality fridge for such kind of high level hotel. all good / love it / good near golf course / good driving range near / plus the golf academy ... and pool is nice / and massage center while the gym is huge !!!
