12 junior suites and 184 double rooms are located on 24 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     We just concluded our stay few days ago. It’s a family trip of 6 adults and 1 toddler.Overall the hotel stay experience was wonderful from the moment we check in to checkout.The services rendered by all the staff was amazing and they are very attentive as well.I would like to call out K.Wawa, K.Punch, K.Sky and K.Beam for making this stay a memorable one. Thank you. Room: Clean and nice with full amenities. Thanks to the room helper K. Mox for making the room so welcoming after whole days of outing.Pool: Nice pool, they open from 6am till 10pm. My son had a great time swimming.Breakfast: The thing I was really looking out for each morning. Usually I won’t eat hotel breakfast in Bangkok as I prefer going outside to eat but the breakfast spread in this hotel is really good with great selections of food. This is definitely the highlight of my stay. My son enjoyed the food very much. The welcoming drinks each morning are different as well.Location: Walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS / Emporium / Emquartier. There is a 7-11 across the street and also 3min walking distance to the well known Rung Rueang Pork Noodles.Being a Hilton member, the hotel did a wonderful job of allowing me to extend my late checkout. The only drawback we encountered was the closure of the front entrance stairs toward the main entrance door due to some issue with ceiling on top. So we have to walk to the side ramp to go up the main entrance. Hopefully the hotel fix it soon.Overall, amazing stay and will definitely make it my go to hotel in Bangkok.
