  Stay here if you want to stay away from everything

  If you’re trying to show your mother that Bangkok is dull and uneventful, this hotel will make a very convincing case. Nearest BTS is at least 15 mins walk away and you really have to be lucky to have the hotel tultuk drop you when you need it (it was away at a gas station once; on weekends it's not there before 10am or it's always gone off to drop somebody else) so you do end up taking the long boring walk because there's literally nothing around. Even street food vendors are sparse with limited choice. The lobby is the best part of the hotel - nice, welcoming, shiny and bright but has no resemblance with the rest of the hotel. Staff is friendly, there is a 1000 THB deposit upon check-in. I stayed at the Deluxe King room on 9th floor. Room making was a bit inconsistent - sometimes no refill of tea bags, soaps, water and they didn't wash the drinking glass in the sink in the 3 nights that I stayed (no sponge or dishwashing liquid was provided so that I could). Otherwise, very clean, well equipped with microwave, toaster, refrigerator, cutleries, plates etc. Room had tub, not walk-in shower and Japanese toilet (no hand shower). No bathrobe. I didn't take breakfast option at the hotel but did discover a cafe called Sarnie's (about 6-7 min walk around the corner) which has fantastic options and should be a MUST visit. Restaurants around close down early and the area is pretty much dead all day. You could while away time at Chap 9 - a decent massage place nearby.Would not stay here again solely because of its location.   Convenient location with free tuk-tuk service to Chit Lom BTS station. Our room was spacious and clean with a kitchenette. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a clean crispy room. They even helped to wash the dishes (we would have washed them ourselves, but sponge was not provided though there was detergent) – thank you! The kitchenette gave us the flexibility to have some of our meals in our room when we do not feel like going out – there was a microwave, a stovetop but no toaster even though it was listed in the room amenities. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying with a variety of options - a healthy start to the day. Areas that the hotel can consider improving are the key card and pillows. We had intermittent issue with the key card - one night we had to go down to the reception to get it reset. The pillows were way to soft for our liking.   Our Relaxing Girls’ Getaway at Centre Point Chidlom – Perfect for Mothers, Daughters & Friends

  We spent a full week at Centre Point Hotel Chidlom on a mother-daughter-friends trip, and it was such a refreshing and comfortable experience — exactly what we needed.We booked a spacious apartment so we could stay together and still have room to relax, and it worked out beautifully. The apartment had a cozy living room where we could all hang out in the evenings, a well-equipped kitchenette for making quick meals or coffee, and even a washer and dryer, which was super helpful for a longer stay.The hotel itself is in a quiet, tucked-away location, which gave us a peaceful escape from the Bangkok buzz — but it’s still right in the heart of everything. We used the free hotel tuk-tuk to get to the BTS Skytrain, and from there it was really easy to get around the city. The area also has plenty of great cafés, massage spots, and shops within walking distance, which we loved.We spent a lot of time exploring during the day and then relaxing back at the hotel in the evening. The saltwater pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding, and it was never too crowded. It felt like our own little hideaway in the city. There’s also a gym if you want to get a quick workout in, but we mostly enjoyed walking and shopping as our “exercise.”The staff were genuinely lovely — always kind, polite, and happy to help with directions or suggestions. We felt very safe and well looked after during our entire stay.The only minor thing we noticed was that the décor and some furniture felt a little dated in parts, but the apartment was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, so it didn’t bother us.All in all, Centre Point Chidlom was a perfect base for our girls’ trip — peaceful, central, and great value. We left feeling refreshed and reconnected, and we’d absolutely stay here again.   The hotel is located in one of the most centered places of Bangkok, absolutely perfect!Mrs.Fiona and Mr.Kay are the personnel which gave us the service and must admit they are truly kind and nice. As for the hotel facilities, we've been there for only one night so the experience was pretty short. The rooms are very large and the feeling is like you're at home, since the room has its own kitchen and living room... Very cozy!   We stayed 6 nights in family suite room. We got everything we needed. Specious room, separated master bedroom and other bedroom by room divided slider. Kitchen appliances, washing machine, big fridge. First day we didn’t have hanging rack but was provided after we washed our cloths. Breakfast was great, so many choices, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and international dishes. Great location, easy walk to Lumpini park, skytrain station and shopping mall nearby. Our kids enjoyed shuttle tuk tuk service from hotel to skytrain station. Kids room was nice as well as swimming pool. Though we had issue with aircon on ohr first night, we had excellent stay at Centre Point Hotel Chidlom. We’ll stay here again when we visit Bangkok.
