This city hotel is located on Prajatipatai Road at the corner of Visutkasatra Junction, opposite Trithotsatheap Temple and 5 minutes from Khaosan Road, the world-famous area in Bangkok and the best shopping area selling everything under the sun. Guests can either choose to walk from the hotel to this shopping area, which will take around 15 minutes. They can either take a public bus or use the free ‘tuk tuk’ service provided by the hotel itself. This budget hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Bangkok's inner city, the perfect vacation destination known as Rattanakosin Island. It is surrounded by historical places and tourist attraction areas which are most frequently visited by foreign tourists, such as China Town, which is approximately 3 km from the hotel, and the Grand Palace, which is around 1 km away. It is approximately 25 km to Don Muang Airport and Suvarnabhumi International Airport is roughly 35 km away.

The hotel has 90 rooms, including 37 single rooms and 44 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     I had already booked accommodation. As the trip approached, since it was a family vacation.I politely emailed the property to ask if it would be possible to assign us a room where the glass walls of the bedroom and the bathroom/shower do not face each other, as that would be uncomfortable for us. Because we are a grown daughter and father traveling together!They initially responded kindly, saying they would try to accommodate the request. However, without any notice, they went ahead and canceled my reservation behind the scenes.I was quite shocked by this. Fortunately, Trip.com assisted me in making a reservation again to same hotel,same room. However, the same type of room was relisted at a higher price, and I had to rebook it with an additional cost of about 360,000 KRW (77,00THB). The situation was frustrating.In the end, my original request was not fulfilled either. Please be cautious—what they say upfront and what they actually do may be completely different.Also, in the room, only one out of the three of us could use the Wi-Fi on our phones, and they were unable to resolve the issue. Also, the noise from the street came straight into the room, so I couldn’t sleep comfortably every night. A 4-star rating? That’s an overstatement.
