    A very comfortable stylish hotel. A quick trip on the efficient trams from the station although also in walking distance from the centre. We had a balcony with a great view. Bed, bathroom etc all spacious and well equipped. Quiet. Reception friendly and eficient. Lovely touches like cut glasses and fresh water in the room - not the usual flimsy plastic. Generous breakfast included healthy options and hot dishes.

    Firstly, I experienced an excellent response from the staff after I was delayed.The hotel is really well located with a tram stop literally outside. It would take 5 mins to get to HBB station.I was on the top floor in a small single room. All the basic amenities were available, including a large bottle of tap water which was very useful given the extreme temperatures (for May) being experienced during the visit. The room had a balcony, offering fabulous views of the city.The Aircon did take about 5 mins to kick in (it's power seems to be linked to the key card being present). It just about got the room comfortable in spite of the temperature outside.

    We stayed in the hotel extension area of this hotel. The rooms were large, very comfortable, clean and had many amenities not usually found in many european hotels - iron and ironing board, electric kettle, kitchen area, The AC worked very well! The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant next door was a nice spot for afternoon drinks. Located about a 20minute walk from Old Town, the neighbourhood is auiet during the evenings so we slept very well. We ate at two great restaurants - SimSims located across the street from the hotel, and Al Ventotto down the street. There is also a small grocery store on the same block.
