  The location is very convenient and close to Zurich HB; it takes about 15 minutes to walk with luggage due to a slight incline, but without bags, you can take a shortcut via the stairs and arrive in just 5 minutes. The 15 sq.m. room I booked is fine for one person but would feel cramped for two, especially since the bathroom has clear glass walls that offer no privacy while showering. Regarding service, don't expect smiles or greetings as it's just the local culture, and at breakfast, staff may direct you to find another colleague for assistance yourself. For laundry, coin-operated machines are available (5 CHF to wash, 5 CHF to dry, and 3 CHF for a single-use detergent), but remember to press the power button before inserting coins, then select the water level and hit play. Most importantly, there is a Thai restaurant right across the street owned by Aom that serves authentic, delicious Thai food and stays open until around 10:00 PM - I highly recommend trying it.เดินทางสะดวกมาก ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟ Zurich HB ถ้ามีกระเป๋าเดินทางจะเดินมา 15 นาที เพราะมีทางลาดขึ้นเล็กน้อยๆแต่ไม่ชันมาก แต่ถ้าเดินโดยไม่มีกระเป๋าจะมีทางบันไดลัดไปสถานีเพียง 5 นาทีก็ถึง ขนาดของโรงแรมที่จองห้องเล็ก 15 ตรม. อยู่คนเดียวโอเค แต่ถ้าสองคนคิดว่าจะอึดอัด สำคัญคือห้องอาบน้ำเป็นกระจกใสเลย เวลาอาบถ้ามีอีกคนนึงอยู่จะเห็นทั้งหมด การบริการไม่ต้องไปคิดมาก เพราะคนที่นี่ไม่ยิ้มไม่ทักทายอยู่แล้ว เบรคฟาสถ้าต้องการอะไร พนักงานจะบอกให้เราไปถามเพื่อนร่วมงานอีกคนนึงเอาเอง แต่เข้าใจวัฒนธรรมมาแล้วเลยมองผ่านไปได้ครับ มีเครื่องซักผ้าหยอดเหรียญให้ต้องไปแลกเหรียญที่หน้าฟร้อนราคาซัก 5 CHF อบ 5 CHF น้ำยาซักผ้า 3 CHF (อันเล็กอันเดียวใช้ได้ครั้งเดียว) เวลาซักต้องกดปุ่มเปิดก่อนแล้วค่อยหยอดเหรียญแล้วมากดระดับน้ำแล้วจึงกดปุ่มเพลย์ ที่สำคัญตรงข้ามโรงแรมมีร้านอาหารไทยของคุณอ้อม ทำอร่อยมากรสชาติคนไทยเลย อยากให้ไปลองทานเปิดถึงดึกประมาณสี่ทุ่ม

  Uncomfortable Stay Due to Heating / Air Conditioning Issues

  The room is cold and uncomfortable. The air conditioning is not working / has been switched off by the hotel, and the staff are offering no solution other than additional blankets

  Convenient to the main train station, within walking distance. We were early for check in and the front desk staff were accommodating to let us check in early. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and fresh. There were lots of plug ins. Not a lot of choices for eating places close to the hotel, that we found, other than at the train station.

  "Good Hotel, Terrible Post-Stay Support — Avoid for Business Travel

  Great location, but do not rely on this hotel for business travelStayed April 19–23, 2025. The hotel itself was fine: good location in Zurich city center, decent room, good food, fair pricing. Nothing exceptional, but nothing to complain about during the stay itself.What has become a genuine problem is the complete inability to obtain an invoice after checkout. I was told at checkout that my receipt would be emailed to me. It was not. I need this document to close out a business expense report.In the days since checkout I have called the hotel's listed numbers between 5 and 10 times per day during their stated business hours, which requires me to call at difficult hours from the US East Coast. No one answers. There is no voicemail. I have sent multiple emails as well. No response to any of them.I then contacted Adagio central customer support, hoping they could intervene. They told me to contact the hotel directly. The same hotel that does not answer its phone or respond to email.This is not an inconvenience. It is a failure of basic business operations. A hotel that accepts corporate guests and cannot provide a receipt, answer a phone, respond to email, or escalate through its own support structure should not be marketing itself to business travelers. I am now pursuing other channels to resolve this, and I am leaving this review so other business travelers know what to expect before they book.

  Decent hotel in Zurich

  Stayed here for 2 nights. Clean room. Location okay. About a 7 minute walk to Zurich HB. They have a complimentary water dispenser and coffee machine in the lobby.
