Good location close to the strawberry arena, and just a good hotel

I liked the breakfast especially, and the walk back from the concert was only 5 min. The staff was very helpful too. The room was clean, good bed, the bathroom was roomy and the rainshower was very nice.

We went on breakfast two different times one at nine and the orther at ten, both times people would argue with who took the table first, the time for just looking where to sit is around 15 minutes. And there is no staff that talks to you how to help you or anything. No service mind at all

Never again Utter Rubbish I was not given any information on arrivalOn evening I asked someone when is breakfast they said 10:30. I went at 9:30 it was finished

My experience here was very very average..For starters they make your room once very four days.. so i came back to my room after a day of sightseeing late at night to find my room had not been serviced and i was told that it would not be serviced for 4 days!!!Their front desk is not 24 hours.. so when i went to drop my keys at 530 am when i was checking out, there was no one at the front desk.. i had to make an international call on their local number to contact someone.. who said.. just leave your keys at the desk.. thanks!!Location is very far from the city.. and not close to any public transport.. so just uber it.The taxis they book for you for airport drops are more expensive than uber.Also.. no complimentary coffee etc.. unless you downlaod the strawberry app.Very very average

We enjoyed our 8-day stay. Rooms are basic but well designed. The breakfasts were great and a real money-saver. The location next to the mall and metro was very nice.
