Nice hotel. Centrally located.

Nice rooms and service. Centrally located. We live in Los Montesinos and drove up. It was nice to be able to park the car safely right under the hotel. 15 Euros per night is worth it.Rooms are big for European standards. Nice Walk-in shower with all amenities. Comfortable bed. Our room did not have much of a view, but we only slept there. Breakfast was good and well assorted. Only issue I had with breakfast is that when we went in on Sunday we were told it was till 10.30 am, but they don't tell you ( and I saw no sign) that on Mondays it switched to 10.00 am for the rest of the week, so we were almost too late and felt a bit rushed to leave.Overall very good though Cristina Perez, Atención al cliente/recepción at Silken Puerta Valencia, responded to this review Dear Marcel.Thank you for taking the time to send us this review of your recent stay at our hotel. Spacious room and excellent staff and service

We had to stay an extra night in Valencia after the awful floods made getting to the airport impossible. We managed to find a room here. We were very happy with the room and facilities but it was the wonderful receptionist who helped us get a taxi the next morning when our pre booked one let us down. She was very professional and calm and had us a taxi within 10 mins. The hotel was clean and room spacious and also was perfect temperature- slept very well. Nice bar area too. Only stayed for the one night but I was impressed. The room is comfortable. They clean rooms everyday. The breakfast is ok, you can choose many option, so you can find what you want.Recepcionists are kind and helpful.If you have car, you can park in garage.It is easy to get to the centre on foot, and to the beach by bus. Nice large rooms and bathrooms

Pretty nice hotel with large rooms and spacious bathrooms. We had a good stay. One comment is that they do not let you take hotel towels to the beach but we did not find that to be a problem. Breakfast was pretty good and the attached restaurant is affordable for dinners as well. Useful tourist hotel

Well designed bedroom, clean and easy to use. Bathroom excellent with really good craftsman finish. Bed very large and comfortable but mattress averagely firm. No noise heard throughout the night from external or internal sources. All staff very pleasant. Lifts functional although small. Wide range of foods available for breakfast. Parking available and cleaned our windscreen without being asked- a pleasant welcome surprise. Plenty of eating places nearby and not too far from tourist attractions.
