  If you want the best experience, be kind to all of the staff. I'm sure they will appreciate it. What a lovely place to stay in order to explore Valencia. Comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Their cafeteria provides an excellent grilled salmon and a tasty spaghetti carbonara if you don't want to eat elsewhere after a long day of exploring. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, we will hopefully be back.

  Good location, close to numerous restaurants and bars, and a twenty five minute walk to the historical centre. Rooms are clean and spacious, with all necessary facilities, including a kettle, tea coffee, welcome bottled water and fridge. On site bar and restaurant. Reception was very helpful booking restaurants, but not so efficient at check-in and checkout. Birthday cava was a nice gesture.   Great location, nice hotel

  Nice hotel close to train station. We stayed here 1 night during Fallas. Our double room king was large. Nice bathroom. We paid 19 euros to check in early. Fallas reminded me a little like Mardi Gras, meaning the streets were full of people at night having a great time and they stay out until the early am. Due to that, it was not quiet, which was ok with us. Staff was nice.   Poor staff attitude

  Terrible experience. Supposed to be 4 star but the attitude of the staff is very poor. Wanted coffee in the morning at 6:45 am . Asked reception for two sachets as we had used ours the evening before when we checked in. Was told that it can happen only at 10:00 am when the housekeeping staff arrive . Went down to the lobby and the receptionist said this is our standard. Was directed to the restaurant , who allowed me to take 2 cups to my room. Now the surprise was that the restaurant tells me that there is a coffee machine in the lobby for guests from 5:00 am to 7:00 am. The receptionist did not have the decency to tell me this. While going out I requested that if I could have 2 extra sachets of coffee in my room. The reply I got was that we cannot do that as our standard is 2 sachets per room and this is a courtesy that we extend. I requested that I spk to the manager and was told that he is not there. I asked for a message to be left for him. When I came in the evening I asked if the manager was there. I was told no. I left a message that I want to talk to him. Ten minutes later the manager agreed to see me. His attitude was totally defensive . Instead of apologising for the poor service by his staff he started telling me about the policy of their hotels . Of course the policy was right, that if a customer wants coffee in the morning there is a coffee machine in the lobby . But if the receptionist will not tell the guest about it, the policy and the system fails. Small things in the room eg big cracked glass on the wardrobe door is a very poor standard to sell a room . There is no adaptor at the lobby if you come from a different country. There is a vending machine in the lobby for the same . But it does not work . So for an adaptor you walk out of the hotel and get it. On the 2nd day when I spoke to the manager, the adapter magically appeared at the reception available after I give a deposit. Why did this not happen the day before when I asked and the receptionist tried to work the vending machine with me. I was in the hotel on 7th and 8th March 2025 in room numbers 725 and 726.   The worse parking lot in the world

  We stayed there for 6 days. The facility is nice and clean.But the staff should be a litle more customer oriented. It is recommended to change the old towels in the rooms, try not to forget to put them in the rooms.we waited a long time for the specials at breakfast. and the parking lot is the worse.Better to park on the street.
