The room was clean and neat. Price was reasonable. Swimming pool was clean and exposed to the sun. Great experience ! Not a 4 star as stated hotel needs rennovation

Not 4 star quality as stated but 2 or 3 at a maximum. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff they are very friendly and helpful and the air condition unit, also parking on the street waa plentiful. We stayed in an appartment and the shower head was broken which never got fixed..the water mixer in the shower was bad one time you get freezing water followed by boiling hot water. The safe was broken but they managed to get us a new one. The Tv does not connect to the wifi therefore was of no use. Breakfast was the same everyday variety wise not great but ok. Excellent location (right by A49) , really nice atmosphere, the room was a Junior suite very well equipped and extremely comfortable and spacious, very clean. Extremely silent, really nice mattress, the staff was very very nice and attentive, really good breakfast (diversity and quality). We also tried the restaurant and it was really good. It also has parking, which is nice. Going back, for sure. Good quality hotel with an excellent reception service

We booked the hotel but ended up staying in the aparthotel area. The room was spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. Parking was free on the street, a convenient option for guests traveling by car.The location is in a small industrial zone, with a few places to eat nearby. However, it is quite far from Seville city center, so keep that in mind if you plan to explore the city.The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They quickly resolved a booking issue without any complications, which left us with a very positive impression.Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and good value for money, though the distance from Seville may be a drawback for some travelers. Needs staff training... not great!

I stayed with my family for 2 nights on a half board regime. Unfortunately the check in was really poor. There was a lady who clearly does not have qualifications to work at the reception. First we arrived at 2.30 ( spanish time) and the rooms were not available yet. No time was given to when would they make it ready and assumed we were ok with this or this is a normal practice when check in is from 2pm. No apologies offered, only offered to leave our bags at the luggage area. No explanations given about tje hotel. Very poor and disappointing start! Half board is a joke. Main course is very small portions and you cannot even read anywhere what are the options and what does it contain. If you are lucky to have a nice person serving you like we had our first night then you might enjoy. Second night we had a young man who does not have a clue how to serve food or behave with guests. It just makes you want to leave and never come back.Breakfast is OK. Nothing too Wow for a 4 start hotel, which clearly is a 3* pretending to be a 4*.Rooms are spacious but the room cleaning service is just making beds and wipe of toilet. Floor is not hoovered!Did not go to the pool area so cannot comment. There is a coffee room downstairs near the reception but again very badly kept. Makes you feel unwelcome!Not a place to enjoy the hotel but ok to visit and do like bed and breakfast.There is free parking outside so is a bonus.
