    I am leaving very disappointed.First, because I have been trying to contact them during business hours and there is no way.Second, the apartment I had was full of cockroaches (infested) in the kitchen, bathrooms, drawers, including the bedroom.And third, the door to enter was horrible, it was blocked all the time. It was very difficult for me to enter.The hotel's response was: “sorry for the inconvenience.” Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. View originals.

    The hotel was fine but the little things annoyed. the roof terrace was open one day and then the door was locked and the unskilled cleaner refused to open it. the virus was useless to rely on as there were no other guests in the hotel. we switched hotels and will claim the money back through the courts

    I booked RK City Center after reading such good reviews on here.I arrived late, just before midnight and had to call a number, I was then asked to take a picture of my passport and WhatsApp it over. Once I did this then I was sent a code to get into the door. This was somewhat inconvenient.The apartment I stayed in was 101. Ground floor. The apartment was lovely, had a modern kitchen, lounge area with TV and nice walk in shower room and upstairs you had a very comfortable double bed. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the city centre but it’s an easy walk.I highly recommend this place, it’s not a hotel it’s a city apartment.

    Very clean, adequately equipped apartments, good help from staff, 5 mins from hospital in taxi. Shops close at hand, short walk to Central market and main shopping street.Unfortunately the internet didn't seem to work properly.
