  Failure to return the security

  Location, price and apartments very pleasant. Uncomfortable having to go to the other side of town to pick up the keys, despite the kindness of the staff who to meet us agreed to keep our luggage while we waited for the apartments to vacate. I left the room on August 9, 2024 and am still waiting for the deposit to be returned to me and my entire holiday group (which I sincerely hope will be returned following this review). Unfortunately, we report the presence of a dishwasher, but two tablets are made available counted to use it, the same thing for the washing machine that instead provides for the total absence of detergent and therefore its inability. For the rest I emphasize that the location and connection systems were excellent making the trips comfortable and the staff of the chain of apartments very friendly and helpful, although we are still waiting anxiously for the return of the deposit given at the beginning of the holiday.   Rude staff and ridiculous key pick up

  The worst thing about this apartment is that you have to travel about 20 mins to collect the keys. Our flight arrived at 10am so I contacted the company to ask if I could collect the keys on the way from the airport. I also said I would be happy to not enter the property before3pm. They told me they’d see what they could do but never got back to me. I stopped on the way back from the airport and the rudely told me no, it’s company policy to wait until the rooms are ready. This meant a further taxi there and back later on. When we arrived at 4pm, the room was not ready! Absolute joke. Wasn’t overly comfortable. No teabags or any other niceties. Large balconies on either side of the apartment but no chairs or tables so nowhere to sit outside.The shower looked nice but was like standing in drizzly rain and the temperature gauge did not work.I was charged a €200 deposit. We were told that the return of this would depend on how clean we left the apartment. We always make sure we leave hotels etc. respectfully but felt that the deposit should be for breakages rather than taking out the rubbish and sweeping floors.I definitely would not stay here again. We are working to ensure that this type of delay does not happen again in the future.We would also like to inform you that, starting in 2026, we will be implementing an online check-in system, which will allow our guests to check in digitally and access the flat directly without having to go to another location to pick up the keys. We believe that this change will make it much easier for our guests to arrive and will improve their experience.Regarding the €200 deposit, we would like to clarify that this is not a charge for not taking out the rubbish or for cleaning. The deposit is requested solely to ensure compliance with the accommodation rules and to cover any damage to the flat. It is a standard measure that is returned in full on the day of check-out, provided there are no incidents.Thank you for your understanding.   The worst place I have ever been to and with a big difference from the rest. You have to go get the keys from another place, they retain 200 euros (because they feel like it) and you have to take out the trash (otherwise they will charge you). When we arrived at the apartment, we counted more than twenty damages: broken furniture, bad smell, broken ventilation slits - and "fixed with toilet paper" -, a bed was broken, the stains on the sofa better not to think about what they were, burns of tobacco on the sofa -although you cannot smoke in the apartment-, noise from the neighbors -young people who come to get drunk-, etc... We filed a complaint and we have not heard from them again. A FRAUD. Estamos comprometidos a mejorar la atención y a resolver cualquier inconveniente de manera rápida y efectiva.Por ultimo nos gustaria aclarar que el depósito de seguridad que menciona se detalla de manera transparente en todas las plataformas de reserva antes de realizar la reserva, y es una práctica estándar en la mayoría de los alojamientos para cubrir posibles daños.
