Spacious Family Suite in a Great Seoul Location

We stayed in the Family Suite at ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun and were very impressed with the overall experience. One of the biggest advantages was the amount of space. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out, relax, and store multiple suitcases without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, and the suite provided ample space to lounge after a long day of sightseeing.The bathroom was clean, modern, and spacious, which made getting ready each morning easy for the whole family.The location is excellent and provides convenient access to many of Seoul's major attractions and transportation options. It was a great home base for exploring the city.The breakfast was better than expected, with made-to-order options that were fresh and satisfying. There were also To-Go options. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.We also enjoyed the hotel's pool, which was a nice bonus after busy days walking around Seoul.Another major convenience is what's located right downstairs. There is a CU convenience store, Paris Baguette, Mega Coffee, and several restaurants just steps from the hotel, making it easy to grab snacks, coffee, breakfast, or a quick meal at any time.Overall, ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun is an excellent choice for families looking for a spacious room, friendly service, and a convenient location in Seoul. We would gladly stay here again.

Convenient location, good value

Good value, clean and centrally located - short drive to Seoul Station.We stayed here for 1 night before taking the Airport Express train back to Seoul Incheon. This was a convenient choice to be near Seoul Station. The room was very spacious., although during the night the air con unit made a very loud noise which sounded alarming and woke me up. Breakfast was served by staff, rather than buffet style, which is nice, but in the early morning I just want to choose for myself from a selection, rather than wait to be served. For a business hotel, I found this a bit incongruous. But overall, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay for a short visit to Seoul.

Pros: good location, a few minutes from seoul station and city hall, spacious rooms. Modern rooms, English channels on the tv.Cons: room was advertised as having city views, but it only had a small window, had to climb on top of the chair to see anything outside. Floors and furniture dark, so the small window made the room pretty dark.Not worth using the pool or the gym as they are located in the basement and they're just very basic. No changing rooms, have to get ready in a small hallway. The shower is opening on the pool area directly, both for men and women, so if it's busy, not much privacy.In the room- No door to the toilet, i understand to have the sink or shower open, but not the toilet. There is sliding door separting the bedroom and the hallway&bathroom. We've stayed in another hotel in Seoul and the facilities and the presentation were so much better.Overall, the hotel didn't meet our expectations.

The front desk staff was always exceedingly helpful and friendly. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub, even if it was mostly lukewarm, and the gym was adequate.The heater in the room would go off every 90 minutes and wake us all up - sounds like something was stuck in the vent that made it sound like a helicopter was taking off in the room. We tried turning it off but it would always turn back on.

The hotel is very good, very clean and friendly staff. The rooms are big and spacious with all modern amenities. The breakfast was good we had to choose from several options, but I would have liked a buffet spread. One stop. away by Subway from myendong shopping street
