A lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and a good restaurant and bar. Not exceptional but very adequate for the two nights we were in Johannesburg. Pleasant staff and clean throughout. Pool is just a small lap pool, not really meant for swimming with children. We hired a car and driver to give us a tour of the Nelson Mandela foundation and the Apartheid Museum as well as Soweto. Relaxing Couples Massage – Highly Recommended

I did a couples massage with my partner and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the atmosphere is so relaxing.Samantha did my massage and she was absolutely wonderful, very professional and knew exactly how to work the tension out.My partner did a Sports Massage and I did Hot Stone massaging. Worst Hotel Apartments in Sandton

Pictures make it seem like its a hotel apartments but I was placed in a very small noisy room and told there was no choice to either upgrade to a hotel apartment or to cancel provided I had booked for a number of days. Disappointing service all round please stay away

Terrible experience. I had to change my plans at short notice and they deliberately lied that they were fully booked when there was availability through virtually any booking platform! I was talking to a robot all the time! Very poor customer service support!
