    A warm and friendly place in a very nice square, and in a cultural hub. The famous Cinema Batalha, the National Theatre, the Majestic Café etc

    We were looking for a simple hotel near the town centre of Porto. Moov ticks these boxes. Basic but spotlessly clean and a great location outside the tourist traps of Porto. Handy for train/MetroNo bar is a negative

    Simple hotel, modern and trendy but basic. Rooms have a bed (with just one thin sheet), a small desk, safe and a bathroom with shower. Uses door codes instead of a key. No closet just a few hangers. But it's clean, with friendly staff and in a very central and convenient location in the heart of Porto. And despite the central location the room was very quiet as it faced the inside courtyard not the street. Windows opened for fresh air. Water stations to fill your bottle on each floor. No coffee in room but coffee in lobby vending machine in was cheap.

    Everything here is smoke and mirrors. Check-in began with, “Your booking has no breakfast,” though it absolutely did. The air conditioning works fine — they just refuse to turn it on, claiming it’s to “protect the environment.” So you’re left choosing between freezing with the window open or sweating through the night.The bed feels like a leftover prop from a military barracks, and the room itself could pass for a storage closet with curtains.Behind the polished photos and eco excuses is a hotel that forgot hospitality starts with honesty
