This is a fab 3 star hotel in the Boavista area of the city. I travelled solo and in a single room, which I found to be a great size. The breakfast is very good and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. All of the main city attractions are within a 20-30 minute walk and there are also a few reasonably priced restaurants also nearby. Five out of five stars all around.

A good hotel, but...

We booked in advance without realising, that the hotel has different level of rooms. What we got, was extremely small. There was no reading lamp nor bedside table or a chair in the room. The bathroom is only for very skinny guests, as there is no space to open the door of the shower and you cannot open the hot water, as the tap hits the mirror.Staff is kind, cleanliness is perfect, bed is good.So be careful by booking.

Great value for a few days in Porto. The rooms are indeed small but clean and comfy. An easy ride to here from the airport, and a metro station 5 minutes away that has you in the city centre in minutes. Breakfast was ok but no more, you can almost certainly get better nearby

Really comfy bed . Brilliant shower. Really enjoyed our stay . The only complaint I have is there was no tea making facilities in the room . Room was small and also bathroom but we didnt spend much time indoors .Great food hall close by we only found on our last night . We would recommend here if you like walking as it's a bit of a walk to main areas.

Lovely polite staff on reception. Room very clean. Bathroom bijou, shower was large and wonderful though. What I presume to be the head waiter on an evening was wonderful in the restaurant. He helped me with Portuguese pronunciation and was a pleasure to see every evening that we ate in the hotel. The food was delicious, well presented and a bottle of house wine is to be recommended, (meals and wine very reasonable too)! Breakfasts are wonderful… A fantastic buffet to cater for many nationalities. Lovely coffee too… The bar was cosy on an evening after your meal and very reasonable too. Lovely glass of port… The bus is not far from the hotel and it’s not too far a walk into Porto (we walk a lot though)! Super stay. Would recommend.
