This hotel is located in Avenida 5 de Outubro, number 11, 11.and enjoys an excellent setting in the commercial centre of the Portuguese capital, between Platz Marquês de Pombal and dem Platz Duque de Saldanha. It is only a couple of metres to Avenida da Liberdade and guests will find themselves in the direct vicinity of a range of bars and restaurants as well as links to the public transport network. It is around 1 km to the famous Barrio Alto and to the other tourist attractions, such as the Alfama the EXPO centre and Belém are about 5 km from the hotel. Lisbon international airport is situated approximately 4 km from the hotel.

Facility

86 non-smoking rooms, including 3 junior suites and 81 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift.     Hotel zenit room for improvement

    Just coming to the end of a weeks stay at hotel Zenit, nice hotel lovely rooms very clean and modern, quite a walk to the tourist area about 30 minutes to the centre which is no problem for us as we like to walk but wouldn’t suit everyone.Breakfast is really good dinner was also good on the one occasion we tried it but the dining room was deserted so no atmosphere. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner the steak house round the corner is excellent so is the Mexican Controbando just a few streets away. Don’t bother with the bar in the hotel it’s never manned and you need to ask reception to call somebody to come and serve you, come out of the hotel entrance turn left and 100 yards on the other side of the road is a local bar lovely people and very cheap prices 1 euro for a wine and 1.20 for a beer excellent.     Very nice hotel comfy beds friendly staff and nice food. You can get a three course evening meal for 22 euros. Although not in central Lisbon the hotelIs very close to a metro station it’s a 3 minute walkAway so very accessible. Would definitely stay there again.     Lovely hotel a little bit out of the way , but a nice 30 minutes walk into the main area .     Stayed four nights on a city break. Literally round the corner from the metro station and a 25 minute journey from the airport (only 1.85 euros).Room had almost everything we needed, the only missing item was a kettle (as advertised on the hotel website). A quick trip to reception and one was delivered. Thanks.Breakfast was great, continental and cooked.The area was quiet and safe with plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk.Easy to get to all areas of Lisbon as on a metro and bus route.Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the restaurant staff.Would stay again.     A good choice for package tour

    A renovated hotel is not very well decorated, but is clean and tidy, and the service is also good. It takes less than 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel by metro, and about 10-15 minutes’ drive from the city centre. The security in the area is relatively good and surrounding is quiet. There are many breakfast shops and restaurants beside, and there are also several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is convenient and cost-worth.
