  Excellent stay, very well organized, clean, with helpful and attentive staff. Well located, easily accessible by elevator or stairs for those who prefer. Served by public transport such as metro, Uber, buses, etc., which allow you to get to or from any point in the city or country. Close to a wide variety of services such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc.I highly recommend My Charm Hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet environment in Lisbon.

  okay stay. decent location but not great staff sadly!

  this hotel was pretty decent but the staff left a lot to be desired,upon check in we were advised we could purchase a water bottle and refill this at the reception station whenever, but i advised i had brought my own bottle with me and was told this was ok to refill. i then went to do this and was shouted at to stop. i said “you said this was okay, do you want me to pour it out?” and she laughed and replied “you can have it now”. then spoke in portuguese to a colleague. upon checking out they took the key cards and just said “it’s done” and we walked out. just a lot of rudeness and attitude from the staff so i wouldn’t go back to this property. modern and cleaned regularly, but the air conditioning did blow out a lot of black dust which got on the bed and our clothes. the shower also did leak & there was some holes in the towels. also the balcony only had one chair to sit out on, despite there being two of us.the location is okay if you plan to metro or use uber as we did, but it’s a good 30-minute walk to any popular areas as it’s situated quite residentially. there is a little mini market next door for necessities and sammy sosa (amazing mexican restaurant) is just across the road so, not too bad that way.it’s a shame the staff were so unkind, it kind of ruined the experience for us.

  We checked into this property and had to leave within 30 minutes as it was completely unsuitable and unclean. We had the 3 bedroom apartment booked which was on the 8th floor, the lift only goes to the 7th so required to walk the rest of the way with your cases.The cleanliness was unacceptable and the property felt neglected and dated. The washing-up sponge still had food from previous guests, the sofa was dirty, and there were what appeared to be blood stains on the kitchen drawers.Two of the three bedrooms were unusable. One had a skylight with a broken blind that could not be closed, and the other had no blind at all, with masking tape used in a poor attempt to block the light. Neither room was fit to sleep in.Safety was also a serious concern for me. The emergency lighting on the stairwell was hanging off the wall by its wires, and I could not see any smoke or fire detectors in the apartment or stairways. To make matters worse, we even got stuck in the lift when the door failed to open on the ground floor.I reported these issues to reception, but they were unable to provide cleaning or alternative accommodation as they were fully booked. I also witnessed other guests complaining about being double-booked. With no solutions offered, we had no choice but to leave immediately.We were forced to find and pay for a hotel at last-minute prices in order to have somewhere safe for my family. Despite providing photos and evidence, we are still fighting for a refund.I would strongly advise avoiding this property due to the unacceptable standards of cleanliness, the unsafe conditions, and the lack of support from the management.

  A night in Lisbon

  We stayed for the Arsenal v Barca ladies Eufa cup final.The location was great with loads of restaurants , bars, shops right beside you.There is 24 hour reception which is great.The rooms need some updating painting especially on architrave etc.Bathrooms , bedrooms and kitchen were clean.One room had no blind and the roof light was covered with cardboard

  Great stay. Everything is brand new and with carachter location is excellent all close to everything. I would return in case of a new trip to Lisbon. I had the common toilet but everything was great during my stay, you have everything you need close to it.
