    Lovely Hotel for visiting the Portugeuse capital, about 25 minutes walk from the historic centre, and near Arroios Meto Station. Room was clean and spacious and well equiped with Minibar.     Bad customer service and tiny rooms. Very disappointing

    We booked a tour to Portugal and we paid extra to upgrade our hotels to 4 star. Unfortunately, they sent us to the Luena for a couple of days at the beginning of the trip and a couple at the end. Our room was tiny. We asked for tissue and were told they don't have any! No counter space for one person's toiletries in the bathroom, let alone 2. When we returned, we asked for a larger room. They gave us another tiny room but this one had a balcony. We were also told all the rooms were the same size and we should be happy that they're letting us have a balcony.     Nice hotel on a tree lined street

    This was our second time staying at Hotel Luena. We chose it because of the proximity to our daughter's apartment. We have been very pleased with our stays. Front desk staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the buffet breakfast very good. The location is good as it is just a 20 minute walk into city center, but is also just a block or two from the subway that will take you right into the historic center. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and pastelerias within walking distance. We will definitely be staying at Hotel Luena on future visits to Lisbon.     Everything was great. Very good and diversificated breakfast, cleanliness the best rate, people from the hotel very, very kind. It is not so far from downtown. The metro station are very close and connectivity very good. Some good restaurants in surroundings.     Hotel Luena - Near the metro for downtown Lisbon

    We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Luena in mid May having also stayed last year. We had an issue with our room when we arrived and the very helpful Julie (Juliette ?) from Brazil was most helpful and very pleasant in sorting this and we were given another room promptly. The hotel is very near the metro so easy access to down town Lisbon. Breakfast is served buffet style and is fresh and tasty. We would recommend this family run hotel with a good price point for accommodation. (Irish couple).
