The hotel is ideally located near the financial district of Amsterdam, the South Axis. If using the tram or bus which stops in front of the hotel, guests are in close reach of all main financial institutes, the VU University Medical Centre and the RAI Exhibition and Conference Centre (all within 5-10 minutes travel time door-to-door). The hotel is located in the Jewish community of Amsterdam and Amstelveen and therefore guests will also find many Orthodox Synagogues within walking distance and special Shabbat amenities are available in the hotel. Amsterdam Schipol International Airport is approximately 15 km away.

80 rooms, including 79 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Top-notch everything!!! Ideal location from airport and not far at all from City Centre. Amazing customer service from start to end!!! Special shout-out to Jose, for always providing a welcoming smile and taking his time to explain "must -visit" spot in Amsterdam! Excellent buffet breakfast and beautiful decor througout the hotel and comfy bed. Our forever hotel in Amsterdam🫶🏻

    Such a fabulous stay at the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam South. Sure, it is an easily accessible location, 3 stops from Amsterdam South station. It has 2 supermarkets just around the corner, as well as a typically Dutch butcher’s and bakery. Sure, the hotel offers a nice daily breakfast, a microwave for guests to use and a place for them to refrigerate their items. However, the one thing that stood out here was the staff. Or should we say ‘our friends’. I cannot remember the last time we connected with a hotel team upon check in, with such a warm welcoming experience. No matter what we asked, we were served with a smile and amazing energy. Special mention here for Naiara, Victor and Jose. We can see that the team enjoys working together, the service is smooth and – first and foremost – thoughtful. We will absolutely go back to this hotel, the next time we’re in Amsterdam. THANK YOU TEAM!

    Our stay was one of utmost pleasure and enjoyment thanks to Victor,Alexandra and the other lady with black hair . They made the difference with their willingness to assist with anything which was never to much to ask The passion and energy towards thier job is a rare find and all 3 are gold. Hold of to them as they are an asset to your bussiness,not to forget Jose and our interesting chats and the other hotel staff we interacted with. The best service at a hotel i have ever received on all our worldly travels .
