    The level of service was not five star. While the grounds had potential to be beautiful, there was quite a bit of construction going on and buildings that seem to be in Need of repair. The pretty instagram worthy hammocks at the wading pools were ripped and smelled of mildew. The concierge service was horrible. The level of service was Three stars with the exception of housekeeping and the pool servers. Our room also had the slight smell of animals. Not sure if we were in a pet friendly room or what. We won’t be back

    Overall, we had a great girls trip! The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was fun, and we made so many amazing memories. The food and drinks were good, and most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. There were a few things that could definitely be improved, like wait times and some inconsistencies with service, but nothing that completely took away from the experience. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with friends, it's definitely worth considering. We had a wonderful time and would leave with more good memories than complaints

    Everything about it was great - staff were amazing - hardworking staff and always so pleasant despite the heat and the fact it was nearly fully booked ! - biggest tip I have is don’t look at any Facebook groups- I read them before I went and was really worried - I’ve come to the conclusion people just like to complain!
