    We had a great family vacation at Royalton Splash! Our butlers Alfredo & Arturo did a fabulous job making us feel welcome, they handled all our dinner reservations flawlessly and made sure we had everything we needed! We rented a cabana each day and the team there was so attentive and friendly! The spa team was also welcoming and did a great job with our services! We loved the perks of the diamond club and especially the “personal” lazy river!! Our teen girls loved the entertainment each night!! We had a great trip and appreciated the hospitality and atmosphere!!

    We had an amazing stay at Royalton Splash! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff made us feel welcome and truly taken care of.A special thank you to Manuela Ku in the Marché Buffet. She was absolutely incredible! Every morning she greeted us with a warm smile, remembered us, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests made every breakfast and lunch even more enjoyable. She is the perfect example of outstanding customer service and is a true asset to the resort.We also spent many relaxing afternoons by the pool, where Juan took exceptional care of us. He was friendly, attentive, quick with our drinks, and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable. His positive attitude and excellent service made our pool days even more enjoyable.The food throughout the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, the service was consistently excellent, and the entire resort had a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Whether we were enjoying the restaurants, lounging by the pool, or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, we had an unforgettable vacation.Thank you to everyone at Royalton Splash for making our trip so special. We can’t wait to come back!

    ⚠️ Beware: $150 Wristband Scam at Royalton SplashRoyalton Splash charges US$150 if you lose their cheap synthetic wristband—even when it falls off because their staff failed to secure the tiny metal ring properly.This is a kids’ resort, yet they trust a child’s wristband to a flimsy cord, a knot, and a poorly crimped metal ring. If the ring isn’t squeezed tightly with pliers, the knot loosens after swimming and the wristband eventually falls off.Instead of taking responsibility for their defective system, they blame the guest and charge $150.Shame on Royalton. This feels less like a security policy and more like a money-making scheme. Families with children should be aware.

    Disappointing Experience

    Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the PriceWe were a family of 4 and chose this resort for the all-inclusive package, water park, and variety of restaurants, but it did not meet our expectations.Our room situation was handled well by Jayco, who accommodated us with twin beds while keeping our ocean view. However, the concierge experience through Expedia was disappointing, as the focus was mainly on Diamond Membership/timeshare rather than guest support.The food was the biggest disappointment. The Cave and Hunter’s Steak House had slow service and poor quality, while the buffet was repetitive. The best options were the food trucks, Bites, and brick oven pizza.The pools and staff were the highlights. The employees were hardworking and provided great service. However, the water park was underwhelming, some activities had extra fees, and there was no shuttle service. Taxi transportation was also extremely expensive ($90+).For the price, we expected a better all-inclusive experience with improved food, amenities, and transportation. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this resort.
