    Our family has traveled to Cancun and the Riviera Maya for many years, but Hilton Tulum has been the best experience we've ever had.What impressed us the most was the Kids Club. For the first time, our children were excited to go every day and genuinely looked forward to the activities. The staff was amazing, caring, and engaging, making our kids feel welcome and happy throughout our stay.The entertainment program is outstanding, with a wide variety of activities every day, including sports, arts and crafts, and family-friendly events. There is always something fun to do for both kids and adults.The service throughout the resort was exceptional. The servers were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.     Rooms are new and clean. Everybody was so nice and offered us a wonderful experience! Foods were pretty nice and fresh. My 5 year old kid loved everyone in kids club. She enjoyed every moment there! The thing I didn’t like is the shuttle. Even we didn’t wait long for the shuttle but it brought some inconveniences. However since our room was far from the main building, it was really quiet at night and I have to say that’s super kids friendly.     Dream Vacation for our Family Getaway

    The Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive resort was a perfect choice for our family vacation. This was our first time traveling internationally with our kids who are teens and we were a little nervous about safety due to recent news reports, however, from the time we landed in Cancun until the very end of our trip we felt completely safe and well taken care of by our drivers, hotel staff, and tour guides. Tulum, MX is an absolutely beautiful area of the world that was amazing to explore. The Hilton Riviera Maya was gorgeous with perfect amenities, stellar staff, and excellent food and drinks. We felt so welcomed upon arrival, had our first drink while we checked in, never had to wait for service, and they let us into our room an hour early. Our bags were delivered promptly after a nice ride on their golf cart shuttle to our casa. We stayed in Casa 2 where we got upgraded to an ocean view room. We had the ocean around 30ft from our ground level patio and enjoyed sitting and listening to the waves every morning and evening. The Seasalt grill was our neighbor and we loved having a light lunch and drink there daily. Alberto and Javier spoiled us the entire week we were there and did such an amazing job of attending to everyone and answering all of our questions. They made our stay much richer with their kindness and daily smiles. We enjoyed daily activities by the pool or at the main building when there was rain. Jesus was so fun and entertaining with his enthusiasm, contagious smiles, and upbeat personality. We enjoyed bingo, trivia, and making bracelets. We also loved our morning activity of painting the sunset on a small canvas with Eliana. She was so kind, patient, and encouraging and welcomed us back the next day to help us complete our work. Nightly entertainment was fun with great performances and Karaoke in the bar. We also made nightly reservations at the different restaurants on site with a variety of different food options. We loved them all but Noriku’s sushi, which was amazing, and La Luz were our favorites. The breakfast/lunch buffet at Vela was absolutely perfect with so many amazing options, fresh fruit varieties, homemade juices, excellent coffee, mimosas, build your own omelets, and so many other delicious options. We loved being welcomed each morning with warmth and smiles and every staff member there was truly amazing with quick and excellent service. We also loved the added perk of a 24/7 Cafe with coffee drinks, gelato, and pastries and a lounge with perfect views of the ocean. This resort was well maintained and crews were there daily to clean up seaweed along the coast. Housekeeping worked hard to meet the guests needs and kept our room well stocked and tidy. We were so grateful for the smiles and greetings everywhere we walked in the resort. We loved the seclusion of this hotel in this beautiful cove area of Tulum. It was quiet, relaxing, fun, and absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend this resort and area.
