This hotel is situated next to the charming town of Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, on the north side of the area known as Riviera Maya. The centre of Puerto Morelos is approximately 2 km away and features a number of restaurants and bars. Meanwhile, nightlife spots, tourist attractions and entertainment centres can be found in Cancún, which is roughly 20 km away. Cancún International Airport is approximately 20 km from the accommodation.

Guests have a choice of 394 junior suites and 156 suites located in a 4-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.
