The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, live music, a dance club and a casino.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Edgar at bites was so amazing! His customer service is second to none. He was always attentive, very kind, and he knew exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend sitting in his section and seeing his million dollar smile!

    I recently spent a week here with a friend, and it was amazing! The entertainment team was top notch: Erik, Ivan, Andres, Sofia, Adi, Esmerelda, Karla, and Mauricio! The activities they led were so fun, particularly the nighttime entertainment and the hat and wine bottle painting led by Sofia. Cesar and Fernando made excellent pizzas for us daily at the pool. Maria and Nadia kept us hydrated and happy! This was my second time at this resort, and I will be back next year!

    Above and beyond expectations! The staff were ultra attentive. As a foodie, I only had one meal that was marginal. The steak was, well, its a streak and if it is a good piece of meat and cooked to the correct temperature there isn't a whole lot else unless you put on a sauce (DON'T DO IT). The pools were fun, the activities were great, and the servers were exceptional.

    A truly wonderful experience. The service was incredible, the staff were smiling and attentive, and the resort was very clean. It's not the most beautiful beach, but there's a kind of barrier that prevents seaweed from getting too close. The staff puts in a lot of effort each morning, working as a team, to clean everything. There's still a section that's perfect for swimming, with beautiful turquoise water. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll definitely be back.
