    Great vacation in the Maldives!

    First time visit to Maldives with my wife and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences we’ve had overall. I want to highlight exceptional hospitality and quality of service provided from the moment we arrived at the airport until we departed. Soon as we arrived to the hotel we were very warmly welcomed by the staff who performed traditional Maldivian conch shell welcome. Shortly we were placed at the Lagoon bar for check-in procedures that took about 15-20 minutes. I would like to express my special appreciation to Mahdi (our island host) who has helped us on any questions we had throughout our stay. Also, I would like to highlight exceptional service and great quality of food provided at Milano and Crust & Flame restaurants where under the great management of the chef Aafaag. I would also like to mention Kaana, Jani who are not only great barmen but also just great people. Last but not least, I would like to mention Mohammed (I hope I remembered the name right) the bus driver, who is super caring, kind and loves his job so much that his positive energy and vibe made us smile and feel welcomed. I can definitely recommend this hotel for those who seek great service, beautiful beaches, variety of food and active stay as there are 3 islands and a lot of things to do.

    Pure Paradise!!! Third visit to this resort

    We’ve just returned from another amazing holiday at Sun Siyam Olhuveli our third visit to what we can only describe as pure paradise. This resort is incredible in so many ways; everything truly feels perfect.A very special thank you to Abdullah, who works at Sunset Restaurant, you are so hardworking, kind, and thoughtful. You went above and beyond to help celebrate Kevin’s 60th birthday, and mine birthday too, decorating our dining table and always paying attention to the smallest details. We truly love and appreciate you for being you.At the Sunset Restaurant, Prodip makes the most incredible omelettes and always greets everyone with a smile, and Rohite, who works across Melano’s and Crust & Flame, is such a kind and thoughtful person, always smiling. You made my birthday extra special, it meant so much, and I felt honoured to introduce you to my family.Another big shout out to Rohittia at Pizza Island (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name). You are amazing, always taking the time to speak with us, even when we were just passing by. Your kindness never went unnoticed.We would also like to thank our wonderful host, Alsaba. The care and attention you gave to my family was truly outstanding.To all the ground staff, gardeners, maintenance teams, kitchen porters, and bar staff, every single one of you is exceptional.     We had an amazing vacation at Sun Siyam Olhuveli! We traveled as two families – 4 adults and 4 children – and celebrated my birthday during our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations!⠀The resort is absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky to have wonderful weather throughout our holiday. One of our favorite places was the Dhoni Beach Club – we loved the atmosphere, the music, and the relaxing vibes.⠀A special thank you goes to Chef Rudi Setiawan for the delicious food and outstanding hospitality. It was so thoughtful of him to personally ask us every day if we enjoyed the meals. On our last evening, he surprised us with delicious chocolates, which made our farewell even more special. We truly appreciate Chef Rudi Setiawan and his team for their professionalism, dedication, and exceptional service.Thanks Spa Manager Susi for amazing service and massage for adults and kids.⠀Our children had a fantastic time as well.
