    We have tried a few hotels in JB for our events and found that Trove fits our needs perfectly. Location was good, food and rooms were great - clean, functional, modern.Julie, our sales manager, has been super helpful to ensure everything runs smoothly. At first, we had some budget issues but Julie managed to reconsider and accept or unique request.She also regularly checked our situation during the 2d1n event to ensure we had everything. Even after the event, we left my mic receiver at the room and she kindly agreed to send it back to us on her personal effort.So, it was a great experience and we will come back to Trove should we have another event in JB.

    Comfortable stay with great service and convenient location

    I had a very pleasant stay at TROVE Johor Bahru. The hotel was better than I expected and felt quite comfortable and premium overall.The room was very clean, spacious, and bigger than I imagined. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, well-equipped, and had no unpleasant smell. Everything we needed was provided, which made the stay very convenient.The service was also one of the highlights of my stay. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The staff member who assisted me during both check-in and check-out was very courteous and made the whole process very smooth, although I unfortunately forgot his name. Before my stay, I also contacted the Reservation Team for some assistance, and they were helpful and professional.Breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices. We also used the swimming pool in the afternoon, and the pool area was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient as well. There are many food and supper spots nearby at night, which is great if you want to walk around and find something to eat.The hotel is also close to Plaza Pelangi, KSL, Mid Valley Southkey, City Square, JBCC Komtar, CIQ, and JB Sentral, making it a good choice for travellers who want easy access around Johor Bahru. I also liked that there is a well-stocked convenience corner at the lobby, which is useful if you need to buy anything during your stay.Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. The room, service, location, and facilities were all good, and I would definitely consider staying at TROVE Johor Bahru again on my next trip to JB.     Had a staycay with my friend to celebrate her birthday and messaged in advance if they had any special arrangements for birthdays. Vijay kindly replied and quoted me a birthday decor package, and even though i didn't opt for it due to the price, he still had housekeeping blow up some balloons in the room. We were pleasantly surprised.The hotel is nicely decorated and even though we stayed in a windowless room, it was comfortable and clean.
