However, Mr. Nabil from the Front Desk handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and dedication. He took ownership of the issue, patiently guided us through the process, and successfully resolved everything within an hour. His willingness to help and commitment to guest satisfaction turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. On 12 June 2026 at approximately 8:30 PM, we were attended by Mus, Nafeez, Husna, Kelly, and the rest of the Umi team.   Nice resort but quiet in June

  Had a good time but it was a very quiet time for the resort. Be warned the resort is far from any big town centres.The beach area is tiny with very few parasols and staff in attendance.Hi light of our trip was meeting the bar staff Sudesh and C Nagulan who were fun to chat with and looked after us well. As a destination resort, Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson is intentionally located away from busy town centre, offering guests a more peaceful and relaxing environment. We understand, however that this may not suit guests who prefer to be closer to urban attractions and conveniences.We also regret to learn that the beach area did not fully meet your expectations. Our beach is a man-made beach designed primarily for leisure and relaxation, with a limited sea access area due to the rock bund surrounding the resort.   Not a Luxury Hotel, just overpriced

  This hotel is disappointing on so many levels. Upon check in, we got to our room and it was so SMELLY! It smelt like cat urine. It was disgusting. Then we requested a room change, and it took 1.5hrs to actually get a room, which was next door. When we got to the new room they just spray fragrance to hide a musty and stale smell from the bed linens. Honestly it was just so disappointing. Came for the beach and sea, which was filthy. There was so much plastic, cans, swimming equipment & trash just floating in the water. The waters around our rooms had quite a lot of trash in it. Next up, is the stench (horrid smell) that comes from the large common pool area. It will make you gag, especially the shallow part of the pool area. The private pool in our room, the water was not very filled and it was slightly murky too. Cleanliness is not part of this hotel’s policy. Hospitality of the workers, only the receptionist and some waiters are nice, the most waiters & buggy riders etc are horrid. They don’t smile or say anything even when you greet or thank them (even if you speak Malay) Only thing this place has going is that the breakfast options are good. HOWEVER, their rooms all come with 2x double beds so made for 4pax but….. they only give you 2x breakfast coupons?! It should be4x breakfast coupons! The penny pinching and how cheap they are, does not fit the whole “luxury” theme they try to sell. Guest rooms should be thoroughly inspected prior to arrival, and we regret that we fell short in this instance.We are also sorry to learn of your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the surrounding waters, beach area and pool facilities. As a beachfront resort located along the Straits of Malacca, floating debris may occasionally be brought in by tides and currents, particularly after periods of rough weather. Nevertheless, our team conducts daily beach and surrounding area cleaning, and we will continue to strengthen these efforts. We have also shared your comments regarding the common pool area and private pool condition with the relevant departments for immediate review and inspection.Equally disappointing to learn were your comments regarding the service attitude of certain team members, we sincerely apologize that other interactions did not reflect the warm, friendly and attentive hospitality that we expect from all team members. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant department heads for follow-up and reinforcement of our service standards.For clarification, breakfast entitlement is based on the package booked and the number of registered guests included in the reservation. While our villas are designed to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably with 2 king-sized beds, certain promotional rates and packages may include breakfast for only 2 persons, with additional breakfast available at a supplementary charge.
