By far the worst place I stay in JB. Blanket and pillow sheets are dirty and dark white in colour with smell. Window even have algae. Kitchen tap also have issue. Whole place is so dusty. One lift to serve the whole stack. Checking out time, will need to wait for the round to get a lift down.

Careful if you stay at block B D'Esplanade Residence KSL Johor Bahru, Malaysia. ..the lif is terrible..U have to wait at least 15 to 20min and they don't repair Thier faulty lif even after 2 days I was there ..corridor no vent.. acc doesn't work ..very old most property own by someone and run by agent . U will never get what you see.. even if u book wth agoda they can mislead the price and you will be overcharge ..biggest scam is they will charge you 50% if u cancell even if you are not happy..big rip off don't stay at # 3306 the owner is greedy, I paid RM 1300+ for 2 night .check in only after 4pm room is smelly and old bcos the terribly old bed and linen.. the sofas at the dining area is so bad nail protruding out, broken, smelly, old ..gosh..such a disappointment..no idea why Agoda accept this kind of misleading agency they manage this Air B&B where by I hope it was directly under a hotel managed but I'm wrong ..careful even before U confirm..When I wanted to go next page and see the total charges..guess what .. My credit credit card was all ready charged ..bcos I save in the Agoda app.. didn't even see any double confirm for this apartment..worst of all Agoda showed Singapore Dollar 100+ per night after I booked it reflected services charges and ect about S$150 so basically in 2 days stay check in 4pm check out 12noon.. it's around Singapore dollar $400+... Wat a rip off. Ps don't trust the rating .. the agent have a lot of other properties they managed so probly the new renovated property rating was high and definitely they have a lot of old ugly property and they will rip u off from there ..

Awful, wouldn’t stay there again!

Awful, dirty apartment. Cockroaches on work surface, the bathroom was dirty. There were noodles in the sink from the previous occupants, the kitchen was ill equipped, it didn’t actually have a knife in the draw, just rusty forks and spoons. Towels were worn out. We didn’t feel we could eat in the room. Although there is a Mall below the apartment we didn’t feel comfortable walking out in the area at night.

Expensive and poor room maintenance

One of the worst stay i ever stay.Apartment is big, room are spacious, however toilet is badly maintained, wifi is down, call customer service no answer, we have to go down to tell them, they promise to get it fix by the time we come back for dinner, after 3 hours we came back with wifi not fixed, poor customer service bad recovery and isn't even cheap.
