    Holiday Inn JBCC enjoys an exceptionally convenient location right next to the Johor Bahru checkpoint, with a direct connecting bridge from the CIQ complex to the hotel. This convenience is one of the main reasons it remains my preferred hotel whenever I visit Johor Bahru. As a Platinum member, I am consistently recognized and appreciated, which makes every stay even more enjoyable. Whether I am visiting for a short getaway or attending business meetings, returning to this hotel always feels like coming home. The staff genuinely make me feel welcomed, as though I am reconnecting with family after a long absence. Although I had not stayed at the hotel for some time, I was extremely impressed by the many positive improvements that have taken place. The Front Desk team, Food & Beverage team, including TJ, and even the Housekeeping team on the 25th floor have elevated their service standards significantly. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality did not go unnoticed. A special mention must go to Chef Rizal, who went out of his way to prepare a dish upon my request. Such a thoughtful and personal touch exemplifies the outstanding service culture that the hotel has cultivated.I would also like to commend all the staff members who contributed to making my stay memorable. There are simply too many names to mention individually. In particular, I would like to recognize Mr. Jacky Kok, whose leadership has clearly played a significant role in the hotel's continued success and remarkable improvement in service standards.Overall, my experience was excellent from start to finish. I would not hesitate to return for future stays and look forward to visiting again soon.
