    The service did not feel attentive or personalized, which is something I expect from a luxury hotel.The room, though comfortable, lacked the finishing touches and upkeep that would make it truly premium.Certain facilities were either unavailable or not maintained to the level advertised.     Location was perfect. the entrance to hotel feels private which is nice, gives us sense of security too. hotel room is clean and view that we got was nice facing JB city and can see mountains/hills too. love it!     Capri JB was a great choice for me and my son. It was 5minutes away from the immigration by car. So you can just take a grab from immigration for a low grab price. Check in was fast. The room was spacious and super clean. I love that our room came with cooking electric stove, microwave, utensils, dishwasher soap, nexpresso machine with coffee and tea complimentary. I checked the room for anything wrong but found nothing. Great living space and comfortable clean bedding! The bathroom was our favourite. We love that it came with all the toiletries and a big clean bath tub! The view at 38 level was soothing for the eyes especially during bathtub time. Water temperature was perfect for hot tub and shower. Love the swimming pool and gym. My son loved the steam room too. Location was ok. You cannot walk to the malls as there are alot of constructions nearby. Grab was cheap to get to city center and komtaar. The only problem with the room is that it came with no netflix or Internet. Just axn, hbo and the normal Malaysian channel which bored my son. Kids want to watch kidstuff on TV, so I hope Capri does something about the smart tv which is not so smart. Breakfast was all right. There were unnecessary dishes like chicken ham done so many ways. Yogurt was displayed on a large bowl. It tasted muggy and i found a fly in it. Will be nice to have proper unopen Yogurt instead. Nevertheless our stay was pleasant. Pleasant staff. House keeping was excellent. Lift was fast. We will definitely recommend.
