    Great location, excellent customer service!

    I had a fantastic stay! The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the train station and metro, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Also great cafe's walking distance for Vegans and Vegetarians. There is also an Indian restaurant across the road - for those with diet restrictions. While the rooms were on the smaller side, we spent most of our days out and about, so it didn't bother us at all. The combination of great service and a prime location definitely made up for the compact space. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

    This hotel is in an ideal location, it is within 10 minutes walk of Kyoto station and 5 mins away from a metro station to give access to both transport links. There is a 7/11 directly opposite from the hotel, a great craft beer place next door and McDonald’s and other cafes within 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and the hotel clean with very comfortable beds. We stayed in the queen room, it had all had all the amentities we needed, we just found the bathroom setup to be small.

    The rooms are well furnished and equipped with all comforts, possibility of using the laundry. The hotel is located 200 meters from Shichij Train Station, from which you can reach the Gion and Pontocho districts. Tokyo Station is a 20-minute walk. WiFi is present throughout the property.     Great location, nice looking rooms, great staff

    We stayed here for 4 nights in mid March. The hotel is right next to a canal with trees and traditional style houses which makes for some great photo opportunities. It's also a short walk to the Keihan line subway and a longer but manageable 10-15 minute walk to Kyoto station which is where all the giant shopping malls are located. The hotel itself is new and looks great. The artwork adorning the hallways looks great. The rooms are small by North American standards but they are very nicely done. We had three beds in our room. Unfortunately no drawer space for your clothes. The washroom was very nice and well appointed for a tight space. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We made use of the dining area downstairs which was convenient for those convenience store meals/snacks. I would definitely visit here again if I was going to visit Kyoto in the future
