  Decent size room. No phone, but AI module. Decent mattress and two pillows. Good luck finding someone at the front desk--they are no always there and you have to go looking. Lots of amenities in the lobby for guests.Shower was a little complicated but you could read and adjust the A/C easily. NOT Impressed with what they offered as "breakfast"Near market and shopping.

  The location is excellent, with a metro station and bus stops nearby, as well as restaurants and convenience stores just around the corner.Amenities are available in the lobby, including a complimentary bottle of water each day, which was a nice touch. There are also washers, dryers, and vending machines on the second floor, and you can check their availability directly from the room TV.The hotel is modern and well-equipped, featuring an AI assistant in the room and smart TVs that allow you to connect to your own streaming services. A light breakfast is also included, consisting of a small sandwich and coffee or tea. While it is not a large breakfast, it was enough to help us start our days early without an empty stomach.We found it very convenient and a great base for our four-night stay in Kyoto. I would definitely stay here again.

  Brilliant hotel in Kyoto, one of my favourites in Japan. It was clean, modern and comfortable with great facilities. Genuinely a comfortable bed with nice thick sheets and soft but firm pillows. A strong overhead shower and good amenities in the room. Free daily breakfast and toiletries available. My only criticism would be limited laundry facilities so hard to get a slot. Good location for Kyoto and visiting key tourist spots.

  ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????This hotel was new, clean, and very reasonably priced. The rooms were also quite spacious and comfortable, so I was very satisfied. The free hamburger breakfast was also very tasty for a simple breakfast. It's also within walking distance of Nijo Castle and Kawaramachi.

  We had a fantastic stay here and would choose this hotel again. The standout feature for us was the room size. It was extremely spacious—easily the largest room we’ve stayed in within Japan. We had enough room to fully open three suitcases and sort through our luggage without playing floor tetris.The Pros:• Room: Aside from the size, the beds were very comfy. The shower was also spacious with fantastic water pressure (always a plus after a long day of walking).• Location: You are very close to the main areas. There are Family Mart and 7/11 convenience stores nearby.• Amenities: There is a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. Go around 7:00 PM to catch the sales on food items!• Check-in: Very smooth process using the machines for both check-in and check-out.Things to Note:• Breakfast: It is extremely limited, so don't expect a massive buffet. We had the egg sandwich and it was okay at best, would recommend to look elsewhere for breakfast. However, the iced coffee was fantastic.• Laundry: It's open 24/7, but it gets extremely busy. You really have to time it right. Also, watch out for the middle machine; the timer wasn’t accurate and said it was available when it actually wasn't.Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!
