Location

This hotel is located in Lido, directly next to the coast and surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and public transport connections. The beach is just 600 m away and the tourist centre, St. Marks, and a nightclub are located 1 km away. Marco Polo airport is also not far from the hotel.

    My new Go To in Venice

    I really cannot recommend Panorama enough. We upgraded our room to lagoon view, which I’d recommend if you spend quite a bit of time in your room (do it direct with the hotel rather than with travel company - much cheaper). We had not 1 but 2 balconies! Also a jacuzzi tub, which was very welcome to soothe aching legs after all the walking you do in Venice. Staff are super friendly and helpful, Breakfast is the usual cake, pastry, meat, cheese combo with good coffee. Right next to the vaporetto stop so getting anywhere is a breeze (literally!). Just make sure you get the right one. Can be a wee bit noisy which doesn’t bother me but if traffic annoys you maybe a room at the back would be better. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Absolutely wonderful!

    I'm glad I trusted my instincts and booked this hotel. While searching for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, many of my friends recommended Lido Island. I came across some more affordable options, but the location of Panorama ultimately won me over—and I couldn't be happier with my choice.The hotel is perfectly positioned just outside the Water bus-stop, so much so that a zebra crossing leads directly to its entrance. The staff deserves a 10/10 for their hospitality, taking great care of us and patiently overcoming any language barriers. Thankfully, everyone at the hotel speaks English, which made our stay much smoother.Breakfast was fantastic, and as a fan of Italian biscuits, I may have been responsible for emptying the biscuit bowl each morning—sorry about that! We were given a spacious dorm room on the top floor, comfortably accommodating the four of us. A raised platform in the room led to a window offering breathtaking views of Venice's center, including Doge’s Palace and the Bell Tower. One morning, when weather was clear, we get to see the Dolomite mountains from our window which created mesmerizing back drop to Venice While the bathroom was a bit compact due to the sloped roof, the Jacuzzi bathtub more than made up for it. My daughter also loved the sweets at the reception, and I apologize if she took more than her fair share!Overall, if I ever return to Venice, Panorama will definitely be my first choice

    We have just returned from a 4 night stay in the hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had an upgrade to a partial water view room which was fantastic. The breakfast was great - my daughter loved the pancakes and croissants. The hotel was perfectly situated and made it easy to explore all the islands by boat. Great value for money. Would recommend for families.

    My husband and myself have just returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel . It was our first visit to Venice and we couldn’t have asked for better than this hotel . The position was ideal few steps away from the water stop ( right Opposite ) buses to ! This made it exceptionally convenient ! Massive shout out to Eugenio and Matilda on the front desk . They was so helpful and advised us on transport and also airport transfers and things to see . Eugenio even arranged for us to get a discount at glass blowing demo at munaro island . The hotel was exceptionally clean and close to restaurants . Breakfast always lovely . Staff always friendly . Definitely will return ! Sarah and Ian uk

    We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They explained everything we needed to move to Venice easily and provided us with a to-go breakfast since we needed to leave pretty early. The rooms were really nice and spacious, plus they provided bottled water for the first night. The ferry station is right outside of the hotel and that made moving around so easy and convenient. You cannot beat the price.
