Perfect location in the heart of Sorrento. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Buffet breakfast served on the patio from 7:30-10:00. Nice selection of breads, pastries, yogurt, cereal, fruit and proteins.Great spot for wandering the shops and restaurants.

Perfect location, clean hotel with lovely staff

Found this place and booked it direct. Staff, especially Angelo, were helpful as I had issues with my credit card. On arrival we didn’t realise, as arrived late afternoon that could not drive to hotel but we had arranged to parking and so we were meet by the parking company who took the car and we had a short less than 5 minute walk to the hotel from Piazza Tasso.Very welcoming in arrival. Easy check in and great room given to us. Very clean room with safe and kettle was provided. Air needed a little time to cool the large room but suited us. Team were so friendly and accommodating with talking to the car hire company when I could not receive some information by email. We had brief drinks on the terrace after a crazy downpour. They also us restaurant recommendations that were very good. Really great location in the heart of the town close to everything.Would stay there again.

Great locationGreat location, right next to the street with loads of restaurants and pubs. Both Fabiana and Angelo did their best to make the stay comfortable and pleasant That's where the good things endRest this is more like a BnB. No cleaning of room post 12. You have to get into an argument to get a pair of drinking glasses in the room.

Fine hotel, but with some real issues

We were disappointed. The hotel's location is good, but on a pedestrian street so you have to walk with luggage to get there since you cannot be dropped off in front. Not a bad walk unless you have a lot of luggage or must leave in the midst of a torrential rainstorm as we did. There is a lovely terrace where breakfast is served and where you can sit in the evenings.The bathroom grew moldy during our stay and housekeeping did not address it. You had to keep the bathroom door open and fan on to keep it from getting worse, yet the smell was unpleasant and the fan was noisy. The staff (owners?) were not particularly friendly and were downright rude on one or two occasions. We had a bottle of champagne left in our room with glasses from our travel agent. The evening we drank the champagne, we were yelled at when we placed the used glasses on the bar for not asking permission to use the glasses. We tried to explain that they were the glasses left in our room, but it didn't seem to make a difference. We visited at the end of a very busy season and I am sure they were tired of tourists, but yelling at guests is not appropriate.
