This hotel is noisy. For 300 euros a night I would expect to sleep. The pool bar has music till midnight and it’s not pleasant. Loud throbbing music. I would not return. Staff not very interested. The pool itself is not even open during our stay.

Last weekend, we stayed two nights at the NH Palermo. From the first to the last moment, everything went very well. We had a nice and quiet room with sea view and balcony. All members of the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return. Great location and breakfast

I was there solo as a part of a CIE Tour. The breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were cordial. Location was really good and the room was very nice.The thermostat in room 101 did not seem to work and the room was freezing cold the lack of much in the way of covers on the bed didn't help at all. I placed my heavy jacket over me and managed to sleep pretty well.
