Very bad hotel room small and bed uncomfortable claustrophobic room very bad odour unfortunately they have charged me for 4 nights otherwise would have left the worst is the room totally different from the photo avoid this at all costs dirty room poor on cleanliness

Great hotel centrally located

In the span of one week, we stayed at this hotel three times. We were on a tour of Sicily and this was the hotel selected by the tour company for the Palermo portion of the tour. We arrived a few days early to acclimate ourselves to the time change and see a little bit of Palermo on our own. We had a beautiful room in the annex. Two days later we checked in with the tour company and had a room in the main hotel. At the end of the tour we had one more night in the hotel with a room in the main hotel. The rooms in the annex and the main hotel are well maintained and have all the amenities one would expect in a four-star hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially for those who only spoke minimal Italian. I never felt like they were dismissive because I did not speak Italian. The breakfast room is traditional European breakfast buffet. Plenty of selections and all of the food was delicious. Housekeeping was great and we were never for want of anything in our rooms. We had dinner one night in the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The pasta alla Norma was fantastic! If we ever have the opportunity to return to Palermo, we will definitely stay here. Again. Thank you for making your portion of our trip to Sicily fantastic! Grazie Mille!!

Great location, nice hotel and lovely annex building

Lovely hotel and lovely annex building also which we stayed in which was literally 2mins walk from the main hotel. Very central location, bus stop straight outside also and breakfast was the normal continental which caters for everything from cereals to sweets to eggs and toast.

Good location to get around on foot~

Hotel is in a good location. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. There is a large block of streets that are pedestrian only and full of restaurants and shopping about 2 blocks from hotel. It’s a really nice vibe to walk these streets after dinner, many locals out with their families for their evening walk. Our hotel room was a good size, clean, bed was comfy, but furniture could use updating. We had to move from our original room because the smell from the smoke stack attached to the house outside window bothered my husband. Not sure why, but we had to debate with the front desk (1st shift) why we needed to move. She kept saying we have a very nice room why would you want to move? Breakfast was good and I give kudos to the 2 young ladies on the desk in the late afternoon. They always greeted us and were very helpful when we needed it.

My stay at this wonderful hotel was perfect for 5 days. The staff all of them were really nice and professional. Always going out of their way to help and assist you. I would fully recommend this hotel to all travellers to Palermo. The hotel was in a great location. The breakfast was lovely.
