  Truly Outstanding Service from Francesca

  We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Francesca 盧芳詩 at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, she made us feel incredibly welcomed and at home. She was one of the most attentive, thoughtful, and professional hotel staff members I have ever met.Francesca speaks multiple languages, including Chinese even tho she’s Italian, which made communication so comfortable and personal for us. She went above and beyond to help with everything — from restaurant recommendations and shopping suggestions to travel advice around the city. Every recommendation she gave us turned out to be excellent and truly enhanced our trip.What impressed us most was how genuinely caring and attentive she was throughout our stay. She always greeted us warmly, patiently answered every question, and made sure we were taken care of. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and cares deeply about guests’ experiences. We had a heartfelt surprise in our room with Champagne and cake ! I travel quite often, and it is very rare to meet someone as exceptional as Francesca. She made our stay unforgettable, and this hotel is very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff here are very friendly and professional. The hotel is also very clean and comfortable and we can’t wait to come back again ! Thank you again for everything!

  The hotel is wonderful, it’s beautiful, clean and in a great location. The rooms are decorated beautifully. But the best part of the hotel is the service. They have been so sweet and accommodating from the start. Francesca is incredible she has been so helpful and sweet.   We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rome! Francesca was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.The location is perfect, right in the center of Rome.   Short Staf in Rome!

  We recently stayed at NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali for two nights, and overall it was an outstanding experience. The location is exceptional — perfectly positioned within walking distance of Rome’s major landmarks, with breathtaking views over the Imperial Forum and the surrounding city.The hotel itself feels luxurious yet intimate, with beautifully designed rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and genuinely attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooftop terrace and cocktail bar are absolutely stunning and clearly one of the hotel’s standout features, offering panoramic views across Rome unlike anywhere else.Although we did not use the breakfast, dinner, or room service during our stay, every other aspect of the hotel and service exceeded expectations and fully justified its 5-star standard.The only downside during our stay was a private event on one of the evenings, which meant we unfortunately missed out on fully experiencing the rooftop and nighttime views — one of the key reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.
