    Hotel room didn’t include private bathroom so we had to pay extra to have own bathroom. When booking the room there wasn’t anything saying that there is no bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Otherwise the hotel and room was okay/average.

    Very disappointed with Kent Hotel. I booked paid and has a confirmed booking and n day of my reservation they sent me a message asking me to mo to another hotel nearby . I was in transit time and caused a lot of stress. How can a hotel cancel you a few ho riot to arrival when I was arriving solo in the evening. Totally unprofessional and I have very epernces in many years of travel .

    Stayed here for 4 nights whilst on a sightseeing holiday in Rome with my daughter. Our room was basic but clean & comfortable. Not sure why some reviews say they couldn’t access a mini fridge as we had one that kept our beer/water & cola nice & chilled. Our room was cleaned each day whilst we were out & clean towels were placed in our room. Although not “central” it was roughly a 25 minute walk to most of the central attractions. The staff were brilliant, very friendly & very helpful. On our final day we checked out & left our bags at reception, on arriving back later in the afternoon our taxi didn’t turn up, the receptionist on duty instantly started ringing around to find out the problem, then booked us another taxi and stood outside with us until it arrived.

    Very nice place to stay for a few days in rome!The receptionists were very nice and also all the other staff!Room was quite cute and had enough place for two people.Bus stations everywhere and cute cafes all around!Thank you for the nice stay
